§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR'), we inform you that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (legal basis: article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR),
    3. addressing complaints and claims (article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Controller (article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided - inquiry about completing a survey or responding to several questions regarding the quality of services provided (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the conditions of the granted consent.
  3. If a person has given consent for data processing (legal basis: article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR), data will be processed until consent is revoked, but after this period there is the right to archive information regarding who and when gave consent (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data will be processed for a period justified by the realization of the goal (e.g., performance of a contract, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The retention period depends on the ability to establish, pursue, or defend claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every person whose data is processed has the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete or restrict their processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  6. Transaction data, including personal data, are transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as the basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of IT companies and system maintenance firms with which we have relevant agreements. These agreements cover the rules of data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies have the right to process the data in a manner other than specified in the agreement. Your data, as long as the company has access to it, may be processed only for the purpose of properly providing services.
